About

The event will be held at Mooragh Park in Ramsey on Sunday 7th September.  This year we are again offering the option for the sprint distance (individuals only) of a 400 metre swim.  There are Sprint & Standard distance races for both Individuals and Teams:

Sprint distances are 400m or 750m Swim / 20k Cycle and 5k Run.  Standard distances are 1500m Swim / 40k Cycle and 10k Run.

The Cycle course (mildly undulating) goes out the coast road, through Bride, back through Andreas and then back to Ramsey, then

The run is in and around Mooragh Park (and "pan flat").
