An evening talk with Andrew Scarffe BEM

Being right next to the Ramsey Terminus of the Manx Electric Railway, it seemed very appropriate to have a talk on the historic M.E.R. at Fynoderee.
Andrew will look at how the electric tramway into Ramsey was conceived, a bit about its building and opening, proposed routes which weren't built, features on the line in the Ramsey area and a bit of recent history.
If time permits a few pictures of the steam railway station and the branch along the quay.
Thursday 10th July 7pm Doors Open 6.30pm
Tickets £15 includes a small buffet in the interval.
All drinks pay at the Fyn Bar.
