Archibald Knox - The Man Behind the Art
An evening talk with Yvonne Cresswell

On an international stage, Archibald Knox is probably best known now for his ground-breaking metalwork designs for Liberty & Co., whilst on the Isle of Man he is probably even better known for his distinctive watercolour paintings. But over a long and extremely prolific artistic career, Knox found time to combine his work as an art master with that of a designer of everything from Liberty silverwork commissions to ceramic garden pots.
Discover more about Knox's long and varied artistic career and also a little about the enigmatic individual behind the wealth of art. Yvonne previously worked at Manx National Heritage.

Tickets £15 include a small buffet in the interval.
