Situated just outside of Douglas in a private location sits Swallow's Nest & The Hayloft Studio, two self catering apartments with panoramic views of the island's capital that stretch out to sea and the magnificent Snaefell Mountain.

The open-plan design is the perfect environment for socialising. They feature a dedicated workspace, breathtaking views, luxurious super king size beds which can be configured as twin rooms, a modern and well-equipped kitchenette, and a spacious shower room.The apartments are exquisitely furnished and provide a comfortable and cosy homes away from home.

As you step outside, you'll find yourself immersed in lush greenery, with woodland areas that serve as a sanctuary for diverse flora and fauna. Wander through enchanting paths, where the whispering leaves and the melody of birds create a symphony of nature. Discover hidden nooks for contemplation or simply bask in the serenity of the great outdoors.

Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic getaway, a business traveller in need of a comfortable stay, or someone yearning to immerse themselves in nature and the enchanting night skies, these apartments offer extraordinary escapes.

Living area: Dining table with ample seating for up to 4 people with a fantastic view, a comfortable sofa bed suitable for one additional adult on request, one armchair, TV.

Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom: Super king bed which can be configured as a twin on request, sofa bed suitable for one additional adult on request, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, TV.

En-suite bathroom: Walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin. Fire door access to parking area.

Outdoor area: Shared use of the outdoor area.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.

Road Directions

If coming from Douglas, drive up Richmond Hill, past the Horses Home (on the right of you) nearering the long bend, you'll see two Triangle road signs. 50 metres after the 2nd sign, is our turning. You can see reflectors nearing the drive. Continue all the way up the drive (200m) and then make your way to the car park. If coming from airport, as you're approaching Richmond Hill, you'll see a cottage on the right (near the road), we are the next turning on the right.

Public Transport Directions

Public transport is very accessible from the apartments. We're just 10 minutes from Douglas City centre. 

If you have a vehicle, most places take just 10 minutes to travel to. Including the ferry terminal and airport. 

We have private parking and indoor parking for bikes.
