White Gables Cottage is a detached Manx Cottage in a delightful rural setting in magnificent countryside.

Please note that we do not have an online booking facility. To book, please call +44 (0) 1624 897926, or email us directly.

The cottage is a four star self catering cottage situated in the grounds of the owners’ home, in a delightful rural setting in magnificent countryside less than one mile from the nearest beach, seven miles from Ramsey and eight miles from Peel.

The cottage is entirely private (not overlooked) with its own entrance drive (for parking) and own garden

Please note that White Gables Cottage is strictly NO SMOKING and we regret we are unable to accept pets.

We hope that we shall have the pleasure of welcoming you as our guests and assure you that we shall do our best to make your holiday enjoyable.

A small supermarket (open seven days a week) and the Post Office are a few minutes drive away in Ballaugh village. From Ballaugh there are frequent buses to Ramsey, Peel and Douglas. Nearby are the ‘Curraghs’, an area rich in birdlife and wildlife. An excellent Wildlife Park is also included in this area.  Close to the Islands Golf courses and rivers for fishing.  Well situated for walkers and cyclists.
National Trust Card can be used for entry into Manx Museums and Heritage Sites.

The accommodation comprises living room, kitchen area with range of fitted units, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. The Cottage is comfortable with central heating, TV, DVD, radio, fitted carpets, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Bed linen and towels changed weekly.

Tea, coffee, sugar is provided …. A complimentary loaf of bread, butter and milk provided.

DIRECTIONS:

From Ronaldsway Airport:

Turn left out of airport then bear right at two roundabouts, then take first right turn at lights and follow A3 through Foxdale, Ballacraine traffic lights onto  Kirk Michael and  Ballaugh**.

From Douglas Sea Terminal

 Take A1 to Peel  for 7 miles, turn right at Ballacraine traffic lights on to A3, via Kirk Michael to Ballaugh.

**At Ballaugh turn left over bridge and follow road for approx 2 miles past New Church… straight ahead until you come to the CRONK and The Old Church with the leaning pillars.

 Once past Ballaugh Old Church follow road round to the right and take second turning on the right.A13--- ½ mile down straight road look for road sign BALLAUGH CURRAGHS, turn right. The Cottage is 100yards on the right, along side White Gables.
