Manx Last Night of the Proms

Manx Last Night of the Proms

About

Manx Youth Band and Manx Concert Brass are pleased to once again present a Manx Last Night Of The Proms at the Gaiety Theatre on Saturday 27th September. This year, we are excited to welcome Cleveland Medal Winner Neil Taverner as our guest soloist.

The organisers promise that there’ll be something for everyone, both the more serious music lovers and those who simply enjoy the finale and need an excuse to dress up for the night.

The bands will draw the evening to a close by performing rousing renditions of classics such as Elgar’s Pomp and Circumstance, Land of Hope and Glory and Hubert Parry’s Jerusalem, along with the ever popular Fantasia on British Sea-Songs.

Tickets are £20.00 for adults, £17.50 for concessions and £5.00 for under-16s, available from the box office on 600555, the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal and at villagaiety.com

If purchasing Adult &/or Concession tickets for this event and Manx Youth Band & Manx Concert Brass Gala Concert on 12 July at the same time, a discount of £2.50 per pair of tickets will be applied.
