Downstairs, there is a well equipped kitchen/ diner with washing machine and dishwasher, plus a large lounge/diner and a cloakroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms-two double (one having an en suite shower room) plus a smaller double. There is a large family bathroom with a separate bath and large shower. On the second floor, there is an additional spacious lounge/ bed sitting room with a single bed. The house has gas central heating and (unlimited) fibre broadband.
Outside, there is ample off road (paved) parking for two cars, plus additional (free) on street parking. To the rear of the property, there is a small exterior seating area plus a small grassed front garden.
We do not accept pets.
