About

The Blossoms On The Bay is a small quiet family run Guest House situated in the centre of Douglas Promenade on a Georgian Terrace dating back to 1830. The Blossoms has been family owned and run for 25 years. All 6 ensuite rooms have flat screen TV's, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryers and full central heating. We pride ourselves in our full Manx breakfasts and we also serve the famous Manx Kippers.

Centrally located, The Blossoms is a 2 minutes stroll  to  The Villa Marina  Complex and Gardens, and a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area. Buses and Horse Trams stop directly outside the Guest House at Promenade stop number 5 linking the Airport on a direct route and also The Sea Terminal.

                                                                                         Accessibility  Statement.

The Blossoms has one Ground floor ensuite bedroom  with Bath and Shower over, access once in the building  is on one  level, outside there are 3 small steps into the Property at large intervals,  Due to the layout and design of the guest house  originally  built as a town house  the property  is unsuitable  for full time wheeelchair users  but is suitable for Guests who cannot manage stairs. The Proprietors  are 24 hours  on the premises to provide assistance. The ground floor room is exceptionally busy so if you require this facility please email or contact us so we can endeavor to help.

Located  on  Central Promenade, with easy access to the town centre and with direct  transport links  to the  ferries and Airport from Promenade stop number 5 which is  situated  across the road. Free  car parking is also  available on the Promenade.

Public Transport Directions

Buses travel every 20 minutes along the  Promeande, linking Steam Trains to the south and the Electric Railway to Ramsey and the North.
