Manx Wildlife Week: Sea Watch at the Sound

Type:Wildlife/Nature

The Sound

About

Join Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch and Manx BirdLife at the Sound to look out for whales, dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks, seals and sea birds. We will have binoculars to borrow, but please bring your own camping chair or picnic blanket and snacks! There is no need to book, just turn up, look out for our flag and stay for as long or as little as you like. Event is subject to cancellation in poor weather, notice of which will go on Facebook or you can phone MWDW ahead on the day.

There is parking at the Sound which may overflow onto the road if busy.  Drop in or leave at any time between 11am and 1pm, free to take part, though donations to Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch and Manx BirdLife are very welcome. Email info@mwdw.net or call 393496.
