Douglas Beach Day is back!

Join us for an unforgettable day by the sea, packed with wellbeing, family fun, and fantastic activities – and best of all… it's all FREE!
Start your day with our Wellness Morning:
From 7:30am, ease into the day with a range of relaxing and energising sessions:
• 7:30am – Fitness Class with FitNut
• 8:30am – Yoga Session with Daxa
• 9:30am – Mindfulness with Mike Kewley
• 10:15am – Soundology Soundbath with Amy
• 10:45am – Cold Water Talk & Sea Dip with Ian Iansson and Chill IM
• ❄️ 10:45am – Sauna Opening
From 11am – Family Beach Day Fun!
Bring the whole family along for a day full of seaside activities:
• Make jellyfish with Wood n Craft
• Beach-themed messy play & rock painting
• Beach games with Active Souls
• Sandcastle competition (with lots of prizes!)
• Face painting (free face painting 11am to 2pm)
• Metal detecting (equipment available to borrow)
• Children's yoga sessions
• Live music from local musicians
• Sauna & ice-bath experience
Food & drink stalls will also be available (charges apply for concessions).

Whether you're looking to relax, get active, or keep the kids entertained, there's something for everyone at Douglas Beach Day.
