Garden Walk

About

Garden Walk is a compact, self-contained holiday apartment adjoining Vollan Garden, a detached dormer bungalow, which is situated on the outskirts of Ramsey.

Guests can benefit from easy access to the town centre, a 20 minute walk, along a promenade with lovely views and over a swing bridge, which crosses the harbour to shops and restaurants. Visitors can use the garden, which is overlooking countryside. The entrance is through a new fully equipped kitchen, with prestige brand appliances. Guests are provided with a welcome pack on arrival.

The bedroom sleeps 2 people with a king size bed, complete with a 'Harrison Spinks', hand crafted mattress, for your comfort. All bedding, sheets & towels are included. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and heated towel rail. The apartment  is served with free wi-fi, underfloor heating and a wall mounted smart TV. Non smoking.

There is a regular bus service passing the property, stop is 50 mts away, which can link you to the town centre and for onward travel to Laxey, Douglas and south. You can take an alternate scenic route on the Manx Electric Railway to Laxey and change tram, for a trip to the summit of Snaefell, or carry on to Douglas which links up to the famous horse trams. Then travel along the promenade and a short harbourside walk takes you Douglas Steam Railway Station. Take a steam train to Castletown or Port Erin in the South. There are plenty of coastal and glen walking routes around Ramsey and the North and the lovely Mooragh Park lake and gardens which is a 15 min walk from your base.
