About

Set back from the main road on the outskirts of Douglas, Cloaie House is your luxury B&B with home from home comfort. Right on your doorstep.

In addition to this, your hosts, retired business professionals, Sheila and Jonny Dean, share a passion for hospitality and design. This stunning home is therefore both welcoming and immaculately presented.

Map & Directions

Road Directions

Situated on the outskirts of Douglas, on Ballanard Road, Cloaie House is just a 20 minute walk into the town centre or a 5 minute drive and is 20 minutes from the airport.

Turn left at the roundabout at the top of Jonny Watterson’s Lane and continue along Ballanard Road towards Abbeylands. You will pass a post box on your left and just before the no speed limit signs you will find the entrance on the right hand side of the road with two white pillars marked with ‘Private Road’ and ‘Ballanard Green’. The entrance to the property is the first turning on the right and has electric gates which lead onto a gravelled parking area. Click below for google maps.
