Guests enjoy the benefit of a delightful, inviting bathroom, their own entrance door and spacious, comfortable dining and lounge areas.
A short film entitled "A walk through Ballavere Cottage" emphasising the beautifully furnished guest areas may be viewed here.

The attractive, secluded garden enjoys great views and the passing of the seasonal steam train.

A further video slideshow illustrating the meticulous attention to detail at Ballavere Cottage may be found here.

Our local pubs are just a ten or fifteen minute walk and both serve delicious evening meals.

The steam railway station is a five minute walk and the excellent bus service has a 'stop' just fifty yards from our front door entrance.

Ballavere Cottage is just a ten minute drive from the airport and twenty minutes from the ferry terminal.
We are happy to collect you from, and deliver you to both locations on a complimentary basis.

We have recently been granted an official, four star rating with the added accolade of a Gold Award.

We operate a traditional, registered, 'Private Hire' five seater minibus, which is available to guests at standard rates.
