Castletown Golf Links

About

Castletown Golf Links is a unique championship golf course situated on the Langness Peninsula just outside Castletown in the south of the island and is surrounded by the sea on all three sides.

The original Castletown Club was formed in 1892 and holes were laid out on the present site in the early 1900s by Old Tom Morris of St Andrews. Further revisions were made by Dr. Alister MacKenzie and Philip Mackenzie Ross. A lineage hard to beat anywhere.

Castletown Golf Links was ranked amongst the top 261 courses in the world within The Rolex Top 1,000 Golf Courses in the World and rated number 97 in Golf World’s Best Courses of GB & I.

Venture into Castletown after a game an undertake a tour of one of the many historical sites or relax in our restaurant, Bay Green which has excellent sea views, free Wi-Fi and delicious dishes that strive to use the freshest local produce wherever possible.
