Visiting the Isle of Man - key things to know

From £1,400.00

Stumbleholme sleeps up to 4 people in a luxurious open plan master suite and a double attic room with additional bathroom .This makes Stumbleholme perfect for shared holiday experiences whilst maintaining essential privacy for couples.

The lovely  interiors of the property help immerse holiday makers in the  peacefulness of Peel whilst the towns vibrancy can be realised just outside its doors as the House of Mannanan is a mere minutes walk as is one of the islands most beloved pubs The Creek Inn.

Turning right out of the property up the hill the main shopping street is a 2-3 minute walk where all essentials can be purchased.

The coastal footpath can be accessed easily from the door as can the beautiful walks up and around Peel Hill and Castle.

The ground floor kitchen, diner and lounge are open plan and there is a small downstairs toilet.

A staircase with handrails on one side and a 90 degree turn leads to the first floor where a spacious large bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite facilities can be found along with a fully equipped laundry room and a second bathroom which serves as the bathroom for bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 is accessed by a narrower staircase with two 90 degree turns and could prove tricky for people with mobility problems.

Unfortunately the layout of Stumbleholme means it is not possible to accommodate full time wheelchair users.

There is a nicely appointed paved yard to the rear of the property. There are 6 steps leading from the yard up into a garden which gets the sun from morning until early evening.

15 Mill Road

The property is approximately 10 miles from the sea terminal and 13 miles from the airport. There is a bus stop within 50 m which has a limited service but Peels main bus station is only a 10 minute walk away.

To the side of the neighbouring house there are 2 car parking spaces for the property. There will be someone on hand to welcome you and provide a guided tour of the facilities but in case of any emergencies / delays there is a key safe by the side gate .

A welcome pack of bread, Jam, water, milk and wine will be provided and there will be teabags coffee and sugar in the cupboard.
