From the moment you step inside you'll feel the care and attention gone into making this a truly magical home by the sea.

With your own pebble beach steps from the door, the property uses natural materials immersing you in the Salt Wood experience.

The four spacious bedrooms sleep 8 people, 3 bedrooms are en-suite, with a family shower directly outside the fourth bedroom.

The open plan living and dining area provides stunning 180 degree coastal and harbour sea views making an incredible space to socialise with friends and family.

A modern build house utilising nature's greatest assets it's a naturally warm property enjoying many of the latest features including super-fast fibre internet.

The property has a walled garden at the rear and two balconies at the front with comfy deck chairs for you to put your feet up, enjoy your coffee and watch the world go by.

Located on the south west coast, the property is a real sun trap in summer, and in winter is the perfect place to switch on the warm fire and watch the magnetic winter storms unfold.

From the harbour in Port St Mary enjoy a boat trip to the Calf of Man, or a coastal fishing tour. Port St Mary is also popular with walkers as the Raad Ny Foillan coastal footpath goes literally past the front door of the house. The Albert, a fine local public house steeped in history is a 2 minutes' walk from your front door, as is the Boathouse restaurant and local cafe's, coffee shops and the sands of Chapel Beach.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we take a £500 refundable deposit when you stay at this property. This will be returned within 7 days of departure provided the house is left as it was found.
