Kingsley Cottage

About

Kingsley Cottage is a newly renovated and well-appointed rural barn conversion minutes away from lush plantations, mountain bike trails and the south coast of the Isle of Man.

This self-catering accommodation is based on a single level and sleeps 4 people between 2 bedrooms. It’s an ideal choice for a small family or some friends. Both bedrooms have access to the paved outdoor area where you can sit on the outdoor furniture and bask in the sun on a summer's day.

On entrance, guests are greeted by a spacious living area with a double-height ceiling stretching all of the way up to the exposed wooden beams in the loft space. Velux windows flood this area with natural light.

Kinglsey Cottage is superbly located, overlooking the south of the island from the Ballamodha Straight. This is a great vantage point to experience panoramic sunsets as the sun dips behind the distant hills. The cottage is conveniently situated nearby to Silverdale Glen, Rushen Abbey and Castle Rushen, in the island’s ancient capital, Castletown.

South Barrule plantation is minutes away, where you can walk your dog, adventure on quad bikes, play outdoor laser tag or walk amongst the trees on a high line obstacle course! You can also find purpose-built mountain bike trails in the plantation. Stumble upon the cosy Coffee Cottage, who serve food and drink in front of a log burner to keep you nice and toasty!

Kingsley Cottage's bookings are handled by local self-catering holiday cottage company Island Escapes. To book Kingsley Cottage, please visit their website.
