Hi ball drink built over crushed ice. Using Hoolie Manx White Rum, Fynoderee Summer Manx Dry Gin, Lemon Juice, Pure Manx Honey syrup, Apple juice and Angostura bitters. Service with a dehydrated lemon and mint sprig.
