Manx Menu Food Product of the Year: Paddys Smoked Salmon
Using a secret recipe, we take the highest-quality Salmon, and our head Smoker Cures it by hand. He smokes it over the finest Oak chippings before hand slicing for the best finish. Our product has changed the way the Island eats smoked salmon. Going from importing 100s of sides per month from Scotland for the wholesale and retail market on the Island to producing it ourselves in our little smokehouse. Since its introduction, we have tweaked and improved our process to give the Island this award-winning product. We have been lucky enough to have won multiple great taste awards over the years, truly putting the Island on the map for artisan, supreme quality smoked salmon.

Our products are retailed in the Robinsons shops, they also grace the menus of the finest eateries on the Island, from cafes to restaurants, bars to hotels.
