About

Your hosts - Nicky & Mick - look forward to you joining them.

Nestled at the foot of Sulby Valley, this iconic former public house is situated where the Tholt-y-Will  river meets the Sulby river.

Surrounded by pine forests and the Tholt-y-Will Glen, Tholt-y-Will B&B boasts one of the most stunning and idyllic locations in the Isle of Man, whilst being only 15 minutes drive to both Ramsey in the north and our capital, Douglas.

The house itself is set in three acres of private grounds and our guests are free to enjoy the garden and seating area, which is set into the banks of the passing river.Tholt-y-Will House is the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts, with cycle and walking trails on the doorstep. We’re also in a designated ‘dark-sky’ area.

This boutique B&B offers two rooms; The Glen and The Tholtan, as well as a separate shared guests’ lounge/breakfast room.  Both are double rooms and have king size beds, which are dressed with quality bedding. There are also televisions in both rooms, along with fibre wi-fi, hot drink facilities, luxury bath robes & toiletries, as well as all of the other extras you’d expect to be treated to in a luxury getaway.

Both rooms are en-suite and fitted with large/deep contemporary baths and have separate walk-in shower/wet room areas, with rainfall showers. All of our guest areas have underfloor heating.

We offer a full continental breakfast, the ingredients for which are sourced locally, whenever supply and seasons permit. For example, a local small holding supplies our organic/free range eggs and the Aalin Dairy, here in Sulby, provides our milk and yoghurts.

If you let us know of any specific dietary requirements you have then we’ll do our utmost to accommodate you.

It’s worth mentioning that public transport doesn’t service the Sulby Valley. So while we don’t have noisy busses interrupting the peace and quiet, having your own transport is more convenient for you. Our large driveway provides our guests with ample parking.
