Cronkbane Cottages are located on the West side of the Island and very accurately located on Google Maps, which is probably the best way of finding them, as Sat Navs and Post Codes do not work very well on the Island.  They are about 5 miles away from Peel and 4 miles from Kirk Michael, situated on the TT Track (A3), just after Mile Marker 11 of the TT Course.

There are six Self-catering Cottages, set in approximately 5 1/2 acres of grounds, with views to the North, overlooking Kirk Michael and Jurby and across the Irish Sea to Scotland. The grounds consist of the Cottages Complex, paths, lawns, woodland and a large, fully fenced and gated field.  Please feel free to wonder around the property.  The fenced and gated field is a safe and secure area for playing and walking dogs and for “Doggy Socialising”. 

Cronkbane Cottage (No: 1)

Cronkbane Cottage is a two story, two bedroom, self-catering Cottage.  It has central heating and is double-glazed throughout.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor on either side of the central entrance hall-way and stairs.  Bedroom 1 is a good sized family room with a double bed and an additional single bed.  Bedroom 2 is a good sized double room.  All bedroom linen and towelling is provided.

The central staircase takes you up to the open-plan living area, consisting two sofas, a dining table and chairs, TV and TV Stand, a fully fitted kitchen, including:

All cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils;

Modern Oven and 4 element electric hob stove;

Microwave oven;

6 lt Slow Cooker;

Upright Fridge / Freezer;

Washer / Dryer;

Ironing board and Iron

Kitchen linen, hand towel and tea towels;

TV and Wi-Fi:

TV: Large, flat-screen TV with Freeview.

The shower room and WC is situated next to the kitchen, consisting of a large walk-in shower cubicle, hand wash basin and toilet.

Cleaning:  Cleaning materials are provided, both in the kitchen and in the shower room. (Cleaning liquids and cloths)  There is also a large brush and a dustpan and brush to sweep the wood panelled floors.  A vacuum cleaner is also provided.

Instructions for the washer /dryer, electric hob and oven are in the kitchen area.

Instructions for the TV and the TV remote are by the TV

The Glen Cottages (Ballaglass Glen, No: 2;  Dhoon Glen, No: 3; and Glen Helen, No: 4)

The Glen Cottages are single bedroom, self-catering Cottages.  They have central heating and are double-glazed throughout.

The bedrooms consist a double bed, bedside shelf, wall mounted bedside lights and wardrobe / drawer unit.  There is also an Egress Door, from the bedroom to the rear pathway, running along the length of the cottages, giving easy access to the Southern Lawns and also for use in an emergency.  All bedroom linen and towelling is provided.

The shower room / WC consists a large walk-in shower cubicle, hand wash basin and toilet.

Open plan living / dining / kitchen area consists the following:

All cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils;

Modern 2 electric hob stove;

Microwave oven;

Under-counter Fridge;

Glenmaye Cottage (No: 5)

Glenmaye Cottage is a two bedroom, self-catering Cottage.  It has central heating and is double-glazed throughout.

Bedroom 1, situated to the North side (front) of the Cottage consists a double bed, bedside shelves, wall mounted bedside lights and wardrobe / drawer unit.  There is also an Egress Door, from the bedroom to the front pathway, running along the length of the cottages, giving easy access to the Car Park and also for use in an emergency. 

Bedroom 2, situated to the South side (rear) of the Cottage consist a double bed, bedside shelves, wall mounted bedside lights and wardrobe / drawer unit.  There is also an Egress Door, from the bedroom to the rear pathway, running along the length of the cottages, giving easy access to the Southern Lawn and also for use in an emergency.  All bedroom linen and towelling is provided.

The Barn (No: 6)

The Barn is a two story, three bedroom, self-catering Barn Conversion.  It has central heating and is double-glazed throughout.  The Barn is fully carpeted, apart from the Shower room / WC and Kitchen.  There is a vacuum cleaner in the Barn and a carpet cleaner and detergents are available on request.

The front door leads you into the large entrance hallway, connecting the three bedrooms via an “L” shaped passageway. 

Bedroom 1, on your right after entering, is a good sized Double bedroom with bedside tables, wall mounted bedside lights, wardrobe and drawers.

Bedroom 2, on your left as you follow the hallway round from the front door, is a good sized, twin bedroom, with bedside tables and lamps, a walk-in wardrobe and set of drawers.

Bedroom 3, at the end of the passageway, is a good sized, twin bedroom, with bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe and drawer unit.

All bedroom linen and towelling is provided.
