"The Shapeshifter"
Named after the aquatic, shapeshifting creature of Manx Myth, the "Glashtyn"....our flaming 'Shapeshifter' cocktail is a show-stopping Fyn Bar favourite that always wows the crowd!
Featuring Glashtyn Rums made at our own distillery next to the bar, the Shapeshifter is mixologist, Ryan Corlett's own take on the classic cocktail "Zombie" using three entirely Manx made spirits from The Fynoderee Distillery and Outlier Distilling Co.

The Fyn Bar & Shop is the place where visitors can immerse themselves in the magical world of the Fynoderee!
The Fyn Bar showcases the award-winning spirits from The Fynoderee Distillery in a range of original and expertly crafted cocktails that bring to life in the glass... elements of Manx culture, folklore and language. You will also discover a range of Manx beers, ciders and wines as we strive to support fellow Manx producers wherever possible.
The Fyn Bar is cosy, candlelit and Celtic....decorated to reflect the natural surroundings and folklore stories that that inspire the Fynoderee range of spirits. Visitors can enjoy table-service, a curated experience along with a free spirits tastings from the range. You can also "peek" through the window in to the Distillery itself and catch a glimpse of our Copper stills and maturing barrels.
The Fyn Bar & Shop is the meeting place for all Distillery Tours and also plays host to regular cocktail making masterclasses, private parties, live music events and popular dining evenings with Filbeys Food Shack and The Parish Pantry. It is of course the ideal place to call in to pick up a bottle of your favourite Fyn to take home with you!
You will find us on Parsonage Road in Ramsey right next door to the Manx Electric Tram station... Catching the vintage tram from Douglas to the Fyn Bar along the Island's rugged East coast is a truly unforgettable experience!

Every Friday & Saturday: 12:00 - 11:00 (we are open for a Valentine's theme dining pop-up with Filbey's Food Shack)
Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th, Friday 16th & Saturday 17th with food served 17:00 - 21:00. Booking Essential!
