Newly refurbished rooms that can cater for a maximum of 6 guests. Our bedrooms offer elegant simplicity, and the main two rooms offer stunning south facing views of the garden and hills, supersized comfortable beds, and new modern shower rooms. North Barrule and Snaefell rooms can be arranged as superking beds or two single beds, providing options for couples or groups of friends. All our rooms offer free wifi, TV, hairdryer, dressing table, full length mirrors, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor.
North Barrule Room: Superking or Twin with ensuite. This room is a sunny south facing room with views of the beautiful garden and North Barrule. This room has a separate dressing area with large wardrobe space that leads into a newly refurbished ensuite. The walk in shower has a large rain shower and separate hand held shower head with a range of spray options. A luxury landscape mirror offers USB charging points, shaver socket and mood lighting.
Snaefell Room: Superking or Twin with separate private shower room. This room is a sunny south facing room with views of the beautiful garden, North Barrule and Snaefell. This room has it's own separate private shower room with an indulgent large walk in shower equipped with rain shower and separate shower head. Plenty of storage space with drawers, wall mirror cabinet, shaver socket, large towel rail and underfloor heating. Guests booking the Snaefell Room can also book the nearby Sunrise Room, which is a twin only room.
We offer an award winning generous continental breakfast with wonderful pastries, cereals, fruit, meats and cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit juice and a selection of teas and coffee. Breakfast is served in our stunning conservatory, which overlooks private landscaped gardens and the northern mountains. Guests also have the option of eating alfresco on the large south facing patio.
Conservatory, lounge with inset log burner and separate snooker room. Hillingford offers a range of shared areas for guests to feel comfortable and relax. Guests are welcome to use our conservatory to sit, unwind and restore after busy days exploring the Island. As well as the dining area, the conservatory has several couches offering a tranquil setting to recharge your batteries. Our shared lounge area has a large inset log burner to keep you feeling cosy and warm. We also have a bookcase with a wide range of books you can use during your stay. Or you may choose to play a game a pool in our separate snooker room.
Garden spa facilities: Sauna and hot tub. Hillingford offers guests the option of booking a relaxing 2 hour private garden spa experience. The facilities include a beautiful summer house with sauna, cosy indoor relaxation sitting area, shower and changing area. There is a large decking area with an outdoor hot tub, couches and sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine. These facilities offer a whole new dimension to the 'Relax and Restore' element of our vision.
Beautiful landscaped gardens and large sunny south facing patio. Guests are welcome to wander our stunning gardens and enjoy the sun and views on our large patio. We have a range of outdoor furniture for guests to use.
Polite notice. Please note that we have two female short-haired cats that also use the shared areas. They are not allowed in guest bedrooms. They are fairly timid rescue cats and spend a lot of time in the garden.

*Hillingford B&B has three newly refurbished bedrooms, two can be arranged as sumptuous superking beds or two single beds. Our main 2 bedrooms offer elegant simplicity, stunning south facing views of the garden and hills, supersized comfortable beds, and new modern shower rooms. Our third Sunrise Room (Twin), can only be booked by groups booking the Snaefell Room. We can cater for up to 6 guests.
All rooms offer: free Wifi, freeview TV, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, dressing gowns, luxurious large towels, dressing tables, and full length mirrors. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor.
RATES: £135 per room per night includes award winning continental breakfast. Minimum 2 night stay. Prices vary during TT and MGP. Spa sessions charged separately.
THE NORTH BARRULE ROOM: Superking or Twin room with Ensuite Shower Room.
Sunny south facing room with views of the beautiful garden and North Barrule. This room has steps down into a separate dressing area with large wardrobe space that leads into a newly refurbished ensuite. The modern walk in shower has a large rain shower and separate hand held shower head with a range of spray options. A luxury landscape mirror offers USB charging points, shaver socket, heated demister pad and mood lighting. There are also spotlights for those wanting brighter lighting. A heated chrome towel rail and extra radiator makes this ensuite especially cosy.
THE SNAEFELL ROOM: Superking or Twin room with Separate Private Shower Room.
Sunny south facing room with views of the beautiful garden, North Barrule & Snaefell. This room has it's own separate private shower room with an indulgent large walk in shower equipped with chrome rain shower and separate shower head. Plenty of storage space with drawers, mirror cabinet with heated demister pad & shaver socket, large heated chrome towel rail and luxurious underfloor heating.
