Ballaquark Bungalow offers a peaceful and comfortable base on the Isle of Man.
We provide two private rooms that can be rented separately.
A comfortable double room with private en-suite bathroom.
A cosy single room – so you only pay for the space you need.
The double ensuite has its own private bathroom.
The single room has access to a shared bathroom with over bath shower
There is also another separate toilet room.
Guests have access to a simple self-catering kitchenette, clean bathroom facilities, and a rear patio with seating, BBQ and outdoor games. Free onsite or roadside parking.
The bungalow is quiet, well-equipped and ideal for exploring the island, whether you’re here for the TT/MGP, walking, or a relaxing break.
The kitchenette provides basic facilities so you can prepare simple meals and drinks during your stay.
It is shared between guests when both rooms are occupied.
Crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettle, microwave, air-fryer, electric frying pan, toaster etc)
Breakfast provided (self-service) Various cereals, Bread, Butter, Marmalade, Jams, Fresh orange juice.
Tea, Coffee, Milk, Hot chocolate, Sugar, Bottled water.
Washing machine, wash tabs and conditioner. Condenser dryer, Washing line and pegs.
Fridge with small freezer compartment. Kitchen sink and washing supplies
We handle all bookings personally (no online booking system)
so, we can carefully manage availability and avoid any double-booking issues.
- Prices: Double Room - £65 standard price per night - Minimum stay: 2 nights
- TT period 12 nights minimum. £100 per night. TT 2027 *available*.
- TT period - Between Saturday 29th May to Saturday 16th June.
- MGP period 10 nights minimum. £80 per night. MGP 2027 *available*.
- Race periods require 50% deposit, not refundable, with the balance due two calander months before checkin.
- Prices: Single Room - £50 standard price per night - Minimum stay: 2 nights
