About

Ballacowell Cottage is a traditional cosy manx cottage.  It may be found on the outskirts of the village of Sulby. Although Sulby is a relatively small village it has 2 pubs, The Sulby Glen and the Ginger Hall. Sulby has  a village shop situated in the Sulby Glen, a church and a chapel and a primary school. 

The cottage has a lounge, separate dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.  The double bedroom has an en suite shower room and the twin bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.  The cottage is heated with oil fired central heating with the addition of a dual fuel stove in the living room. The living room is furnished with a corner suite and armchair. There is a 42" LCD TV with freeview and a DVD player. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven with extractor overhead, washer/drier,dishwasher and microwave.  Wifi is via fibre broadband. There is private parking for 2 cars allocated to the cottage.  There is additional onsite parking to the rear of the property. Access to the communal garden and patio is via the rear porch which is usefull for shoes and coats. Guests have the use of a rotary drier and BBQ.

The cottage has views over the front garden and neighbouring farmland. The patio is in a sun trap and enjoys unspoilt views of Gob-y-Volley plantation and adjoining hills.
