About
Pack a picnic and join us in the beautiful gardens at Rushen Abbey for an afternoon of family fun, with plenty of chances to hear, try and enjoy the Manx language.
Children can get hands-on with creative crafts led by Felicity Wood, inspired by the colours and the wildlife of the Isle of Man. Mannin Music will be running lively music sessions filled with songs, movement and rhythm, encouraging little ones to learn through play.
At 2pm, Perree Bane will bring the excitement of traditional Manx dancing, giving children and adults the chance to see and join in with this much-loved part of our island's culture in action.
Drop in, explore at your own pace and enjoy time together with music, making, dancing and playing. It's a chance for families to have fun, make memories and celebrate the Manx language in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
