The Home Nations brings together athletes from England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and the Isle of Man. Teams of 6 males and 6 females compete head-to-head for national pride, showcasing talent and fostering camaraderie with friendly rivalry. Points awarded are based on relative performance (GL points) to determine the overall winning nation.
