About

The Stable is a recently converted barn on a family run dairy and sheep farm situated near Port Erin and Port St Mary in the south of the Isle of Man. The Stable's tasteful conversion ensures a relaxing and comfortable space awaits you after a busy day out and around the Isle of Man and is the ideal retreat in the Manx Countryside.

Sleeping up to 6, the accommodation is self catering and includes a spacious and well appointed kitchen/dining area, a comfortable lounge with views over Port Erin and three double/twin bedrooms with some en-suite facilities. Outside there is not only ample parking but also a garden with barbecue and patio area, ideal for watching the beautiful sunsets over Port Erin. The Stable also has an internet connection and satellite TV.

The Stable is ideally located with just a short 10 minute walk to either Port Erin or Port St Mary, both villages have a number of great places to eat and drink and a selection of independent shops along with good transport links via the bus and railway services. Enjoy a boat trip to the Calf of Man, or a fishing trip, available from both ports. For the more adventurous kayaking, paddleboarding and coasteering are all popular recreational activities.

The Stable at Glendown is the perfect base for a family or group of friends looking for a memorable holiday.
