Many destinations across the world are reporting challenges with recruitment and skills shortages in the tourism and hospitality sector and this is also being felt by Isle of Man tourism and hospitality businesses.
In April 2024, the Visit Agency alongside the Business Agency released a short survey to help the Agency to understand the recruitment and staff shortages situation across the Island's tourism and hospitality businesses in an effort to identify trends, gather insight and identify the immediate and longer term recruitment challenges of the sector.
