The Isle of Man welcomed two unscheduled cruise ships this week, as weather-related changes to itineraries brought additional visitors to Manx shores.

Visit Isle of Man has published its 2024 visitor figures, revealing a strong year for the Island’s tourism sector with a total of 329,613 visitors - comprising 307,934 business and leisure visitors and 21,679 cruise visitors.

The winners of the 2025 Manx Menu contest, a celebration of the Isle of Man's diverse range of chefs, mixologists, waiting-on staff, and producers, have been announced, with VIBE Plant Based Café winning in the Overall Award category.

Visit Isle of Man and Homestay IOM Limited are reminding residents to register for the Isle of Man Homestay Scheme ahead of the 2025 TT, Classic TT and Manx Grand Prix season. The deadline for registration is Wednesday 30^th April 2025, and all properties must be registered by this date to benefit from the scheme.

Visit Isle of Man is pleased to share the success of the 2025 Isle of Man Dartshopper Darts Festival, which took place over the weekend and saw a significant increase in visitor numbers.

Public voting has now opened for the Manx Menu contest, inviting residents and visitors to taste and vote for their favourite dishes and products. With 106 entries from 59 local businesses, the six-week competition starts today and runs until 31 March 2025.
