Located in the south of the island surrounded by beautiful countryside, Grenaby Estates consists of luxury holiday cottages, an Equestrian Centre and new in 2017, the brand new boardroom, the Dairy. With both a large, modern boardroom and an upper level studio with comfortable seating and elegant lighting, the Dairy is the perfect location for meetings, team-building days and hospitality events.

The boardroom is a spacious, modern room complete a board table easily seating up to 14 and large windows with views across the estate and the countryside beyond. There is also a chill out area with large comfortable suite, kitchen facilities and elegant lighting which is ideal for a break out space. The latest technology is also available, with conference and media facilities incorporated with secretarial and office facilities within the building. The upper studio provides another break out space with comfortable seating, high ceilings and an additional office for any further admin requirements you may have. 

The Dairy is also ideal for special occasions with family or friends such as lunches, parties or a small wedding. The building combines the rustic countryside with modern decor and natural lighting to provide a space that is truly unique and diverse. Along with Grenaby’s five star self-catering accommodations and welcoming staff, there is flexibility and endless opportunities for any event, which can be tailored to you with the perfect views to match.
