Tourist Trophy

The annual TT races take place on the normal streets of the island - this makes the race even more spectacular due to very narrow parts, bends, bridges and challenging light conditions. The roads are closed to normal traffic during practice and races. Start and Finish lines are at the Grandstand in the island's Capital, Douglas. The famous mountain course makes demands on Man and Machine like no other race. On mad Sunday, a part of the track is closed in one direction to normal traffic and private riders can test themselves on the mountain route.
