By Boat: Travelling to the Calf or around the Island is a unique experience and can be booked via local boatmen who depart from Port Erin and Port St Mary.  If you are planning to stay overnight, it is important to pre-book your journey directly with the boatmen and your overnight accommodation with Manx National Heritage. 

Depending on the vessel, the journey time from Port St Mary and Port Erin to the Calf of Man ranges from 15 to 40 minutes.
