A newly converted pretty studio cottage surrounded by lovely gardens and views. 

Well located studio cottage, great for a cosy romantic retreat or perfect location for watching the dark skies.  The location is ideal for watching the TT - the Cronk y Voddy straight - between mile 10 and 11. 

It has a well equipped kitchen with full hob, oven and small fridge freezer. So, once you have done a little shopping you can cosy up for a lovely evening.   There is also a firepit and BBQ, should you want to eat alfresco and enjoy the lovely evening sunsets.  

Located very centrally, you are only a short drive or bus ride to Douglas, Ramsey.  Easy access to the beaches and walking routes. 

Situated on the Cronk y Voddy straight it is a great place to view all motorsport in this area.  TT, MGP, Manx Rally, to name but a few. 

Ramsey the hub of Cyclefest is only a short drive away.

Sleeps 2 adults - 1 x King size bed.

A travel cot or a put-up bed can be arranged for 1 child / infant 

Located on the A3, between Glen Helen and Kirk Michael: Approx. 6 Miles from Peel, 8 Miles from Douglas, and 10 miles from Ramsey.

Car Paking available for cars and bikes.  Covered secure parking for bikes and space to hang your leathers and store helmets.

We are about 100 yards from the nearest bus stop.  Turn right at the end of the drive.
