Kionslieu Farm Cottages, your perfect rural retreat away from the stresses of modern day life, yet packed with home comforts and set in an ideal central location to explore the beautiful Isle of Man.

Relax in the ‘Secret Garden with hot tub spa, meet our friendly animals, help at the stables or even walk a goat! Large gardens with a play area and a playhouse for younger children, an activity barn for indoor fun and a pool table in a stable! 

Treat yourself to a facial or massage in the comfort of your cottage or enjoy pony trekking in the hills with our partners at Ballahimmin Treking Centre. At the end of the day enjoy BBQ or your favourite food delivered to the beer garden, what better way to watch the sun go down. 

Spacious and well equipped, each cottage has large comfortable beds and a full sized bath with shower above, so if you're looking for a relaxing break look no further.

  • Facilities for children - At the farm we have an outdoor play area for younger children & friendly farm animals to meet. Older children can have fun at Lazer Mayhem, Ape Mann Adventures or Segway, all of which are based a five minute drive from Kionslieu.

  • Arrangements for riding/pony trekking - This is not at Kionslieu but booked with a nearby equestrian facility
  • Cycle hire - Cycle hire should be booked in advance as arranged with a provider in Peel.
  • Jacuzzi - Unless otherwise stated, each night of your stay at Kionslieu includes a 40 minute private session in the Secret Garden with hot tub spa. Your private session can be booked 24 hours in advance.
