4 Shore Road

About

4 Shore Road is in a hard to beat location in Peel. The 4 bedroom cottage was registered and awarded 4* in May 2019 following extensive renovation after being acquired by Sarah the owner. It offers unparalleled close views of Peel Castle and the beach from all 4 bedrooms and the lounge and dining room. Fully furnished and ideal for friends and families, the house includes 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds (one of them can be converted into a double if preferred for a couple or so three young children could sleep in the room together). The first floor has a new bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower. A second toilet is on the ground floor. There are 2 single bedrooms in the eaves on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have stunning views of the beach and castle.

The ground floor has a lounge with a  large TV. Free WiFi. The dining room table seats 8 but can be extended to 12 if entertaining . The dining room leads into a separate fully fitted kitchen with new white goods including Bosch washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen features a new double electric oven and electric hob. The kitchen leads into a lovely yard with tables and chairs and benefits from the sun. The house has its own off road parking behind metal gates that would suit several motorbikes and a small car. Next to the house is a free small car park. 4 Shore Road is approximately 20 yards from the beach which is accessed by zebra crossing over the promenade. Pubs, restaurants and the high street are very close and only a few minutes walk. The property is available for let from May 2019.
