About

Cathy Clucas, Isle of Man Registered Tour Guide since 1991.

Born on the Isle of Man with ancestors from the island since records began, Cathy has an MA in Manx studies. Her specialist areas of expertise include: family history, the south of the island (particularly knowledgable of the Port St Mary and Cregneash areas), prehistory and folklore.

Cathy is also a Manx Gaelic Speaker with specialist knowledge of the Gaelic and Celtic Culture of the Isle of Man, and with cultural connections between Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall and Brittany.

Cathy is happy to create bespoke tours dependant on group interests with advance notice of requirements.
