What better way to enjoy your lunch than with a beautiful view of the Isle of Man - here we've put together a list of the best picturesque eateries on the Island.

The North

  1. Lake View Restaurant at Ramsey Park Hotel

A lovely spot to enjoy a relaxing meal as you overlook the picturesque waters of Mooragh Lake. Serving bistro-style and pub classic menus featuring homemade, seasonal food using the best of local Manx produce, you have so much to choose from.   1. Milntown Café - Ramsey

This conservatory café has gorgeous views of the walled garden and famous Winchester Gates. Delicious home cooked seasonal dishes, light lunches and afternoon teas are just some of the regular lunchtime favourites; made with local ingredients and baked from fresh. With refreshments served from 10am until close, Milntown is the perfect place for morning coffee, lunch after a garden visit or an afternoon sweet treat.

  1. The Swan Pub - Ramsey

This family friendly pub serves delicious home cooked food, whilst being located on the famous TT Course. With a fabulous beer garden, the pub offers excellent views during TT race days.

The South

  1. Patchwork Café - Port St Mary

In the cosy fishing village of Port St Mary lays this hidden gem of a café. Nestled in the centre, the café delivers stunning views over Chapel Bay. Originally an authentic bake house, the café had continued its tradition of daily baking and freshly cooked meals and snacks; the perfect lunchtime treat or snack. Whilst maintaining a cosy vibe, the Two-Six Café Bar and Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. With fantastic scenic views across Derbyhaven Bay and the Southern Coastline you could not ask for a better place to enjoy a relaxing meal! All their dishes are made using the highest quality Manx produce, accompanied by an extensive wine selection to set your taste buds alight.

  1. Leonardo's - Castletown

Filled with traditional Italian flare, this restaurant delivers an array of soul-satisfying dishes and tempting desserts, catering for a wide variety of diners (vegan, gluten free). Situated in the heart of the historic and picturesque ancient capital of Castletown, the restaurant offers spectacular views of its medieval castle; Castle Rushen. Other historic landmarks surround it such as the House of Keys, The Old Grammar School and Market Square, providing spectacular insights.

The East

  1. The Barbary Coast Grill & Bar - Douglas Quayside

  1. Noitre Café - Laxey

This family run café bistro provides a French cuisine experience, filled with the soothing flavours and aromas of France. The delicious sweet and savoury treats are the perfect way to relax. Looking out onto the pretty village of Laxey, home to the Great Laxey Wheel, it is the perfect spot for refuelling after a day of sightseeing.

The West

  1. The Boatyard Restaurant - Peel

Located on Peel’s historic quayside along from the beach, the Boatyard enjoys pretty views of the marina and ancient castle. A traditional seaside fish and chip shop, situated on the doorstep of Peel beach delivers handsome views across the bay and castle. A small, family run kiosk that sits next to the magnificent walls of Peel Castle. Open 7 days a week all year round, the café offers alfresco style dining on the roof terrace and patio, serving breakfast baps to freshly caught seafood. Surrounded by stunning views of Peel Bay to admire during your lunch or drink, the place is a popular on sunny days.
