About

The Views Cottage is a self-catering stone built farmhouse. Situated on Bradda hill and overlooking Port Erin bay, there are panoramic views from Langness to the Calf of Man.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an enclosed garden from which you can sit and admire the view.

An ideal base for cycling, walking, golf and exploring the outdoors the property also benefits from being close to the various amenities Port Erin and the south of the island has to offer including a number of pubs, restaurants and shops.

The Views Cottage is managed by local self-catering holiday cottage company Island Escapes. To book The Views, please visit their website.

Kitchen:
 Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining room table with seating for 7 people

Lounge: Two comfortable two seater sofa's and two chairs providing ample seating, log burner and TV. Please be cautious around the log burner with children when lit.

Conservatory: With chairs and table

First floor

Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and hanging space

Family bathroom: Bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside cabinets, dressing table and hanging space

Parking: Plenty of free on street parking available.

Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am

Accessibility: There are stairs and steps in from the road which may be unsuitable for those with reduced mobility.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
