The Blacksmiths Cottage

About

A converted village "Smithy" peacefully located in the quiet, idyllic village of Andreas in the North of the Isle of Man. Perfect for couples of all ages, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills, yet within easy walking distance of the village centre where you will find a small, but well-stocked shop and local pub that serves fresh meals at lunchtimes and evenings.

The cottage has a small front patio and designated parking for guests and is only a 10 minute drive away from the main Northern town of Ramsey with its shops, restaurants and nightlife. There are also larger supermarkets here should you require anything more than what is offered  in the village shop. The cottage also has great access to the huge unspoiled beaches of the northern coast and is situated just a 10mins drive away.

The property consists of large open-plan kitchen/living area, with comfortable sofa and wood-burning stove. There is a small dining table and chairs for two, bespoke motorcyclist cloak-stand unit (space for helmets and to hang leathers/equipment/coats etc)

The bedroom leading from the main room of the property has the option of either twin-bed or a super king size bed, with en-suite toilet/shower facility.

Opening its doors in September 2019 after a full renovation, the Blacksmiths Cottage achieved a Four Star (self-catering) rating band. We are also pleased to report a Gold Accolade has been awarded: recognising the exceptional quality displayed in this self-catering accomodation
