Beautifully furnished, Manx Mews - Wilson House is just a stones throw from the upper promenade, the beautiful sweep of Port Erin Bay and beach together with distant views of the Southern hills. Enjoy all the latest facilities needed to make your Manx holiday a special experience.

Upstairs Rooms

Bedroom 1: large, South-facing master bedroom (luxury shower room en-suite) with king-size double bed plus room for foldaway single bed or cot.

Bedroom 2: takes a double or twin beds. Well lit by natural light this room has an attractive double wardrobe, bedside table and easy-chair.

Bedroom 3: has a full-sized 3ft set of bunk beds. Ideal for the kids or extra sleeping capacity if you're staying as a larger group.

Family Bathroom: beautifully fitted large family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Comprises large bath, wc, built-in wash hand basin and vanity unit.

Landing: large built-in double cupboard. Spare linen and towels are available from here. Illuminated staircase leading downstairs.

The house benefits from modern double glazed units which have a locked-open setting allowing for the airing of rooms whilst maintaining security. Easy to operate oil-fired central heating is provided with radiators to each room (the boiler is an externally positioned unit to minimise any noise/vibrations).

Downstairs Rooms

Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob, toaster, kettle, waste disposal unit, sink and drainer.

Lounge-Diner: spacious split-level room with comfortable seating for seven. TV, VCR, DVD and a selection of games. Dining table and seating with capacity for 6 people. Breakfast Bar with chrome effect high stool seats.

Utility Room: with washer/dryer, sink, iron & ironing board and portable clothes-line.

Patio/Rear Garden: South facing sun-trap patio leading off from the kitchen with ample car parking and barbeque area.

Cloaks: wc, wash hand-basin and a built-in vanity unit.

A welcome Pack is provided on arrival and instructions for each piece of equipment is provided. Assistance is available if required.

Directions for Reaching Port Erin Manx Mews From Douglas, Isle of Man Sea Terminal
(15½ miles).After your arrival on the Isle of Man turn left out of the Sea Terminal at Douglas and proceed to a second mini-roundabout which is adjacent to the Bus Terminus. Go straight ahead.

Continue along Lord Street which, after several sets of traffic lights, leads in to Peel Road. After MacDonalds and a Petrol Station on the left you will come to a double roundabout called Quarterbridge. Follow the directions for Port Erin/the Airport and the South ie. take the left turn.

Now follow the A5. If in doubt look out for the signs for Port Erin and the South. You will meet a t-junction in the village of Ballasalla and here you should take the left turn. On your route you will soon pass by the Isle of Man Airport on your left…

Directions for Reaching Port Erin Manx Mews From Isle of Man Ronaldsway Airport
(5 miles).Take a left turn as you leave the airport, following the A5 with its directional signs for Port Erin and the South. The A5 eventually goes along the Shore Road from the far side of Castletown and this coastal part of the route is particularly scenic. Shortly after you pass the Shore Hotel Pub on your right you should see a sign for Port Erin. Turn right.

At the 'Four Roads' mini-roundabout go straight over to Castletown Road which leads in to Station Road. The Steam Railway Station is on the left.

Directions for Reaching Port Erin Manx Mews From Within Port Erin.Follow Station Road to the Promenade, which overlooks beautiful Port Erin Bay and the sandy beach. Proceed up the Promenade, look out for 'Maine Road' on the right which is just before the 'Princess Towers' apartments. Turn right onto Maine Road and you will find Manx Mews on the right.

Parking is available behind Manx Mews and is accessed via the service lane to the right of the property. Additional free parking is available along the promenade.
