2 Lhag Mooar is a modern, re furbished semi detached bungalow. The property offers two double bedrooms, one with en suite and another separate bathroom with a shower over the bath, a well equipped kitchen/diner and a lounge opening onto a south facing garden and patio. The property is continually maintained to a high standard, with a German kitchen fitted. New Karndean flooring installed through the kitchen, hall, and lounge. 

There is a driveway suitable for two cars directly in front of the front door, the property is accessed via a slight incline

Located in the coastal village of Port Erin, a few minutes walk away from the beach, water sports, golf course, park, tennis courts, bowling green, stunning coastal walks, Victorian steam railway and museum, bus stops, bank, post office, pubs, shops and cafes making this the  ideal situation for any holiday maker.

Road Directions

From the Sea Terminal: 

1. Turn left at the first 2 roundabouts, then straight across the next one and cross the bridge. Turn right immediately after the bridge. Go straight across the next 2 roundabouts which takes you out of Douglas. 

2. Continue along this road until you reach a large roundabout and take the first exit. This is the main road South from Douglas. 

3. Stay on this main road until you reach Ballasalla (about 15 minutes). Infront of you will be the Whitestone Pub, turn left. Follow this road passed the airport, going across two roundabouts. 

4. Take the 3rd exit (right) at the next roundabout and then 2nd exit (right) onto Castletown bypass. Follow this road through the traffic lights, along the bypass and continue straight on along the coast road. 

5. On the right you'll pass a pub (The Shore Hotel). After this take the 2nd turning right towards Port Erin

6. Go straight across the roundabout by the school (Castletown Road). Immediately passed bungalows on the left is a right turn onto Ballafesson Road. Take 2nd turning on the left onto Bay View Road. 

7. Just before the shops on Station Road are a garage on the left and butchers on the right. Turn right onto Bridson St at this point. At the end of Bridson St, turn right onto Bay View Road, and then first right onto Lhag Mooar. Your accommodation is the first bungalow on the right. 

 

From the Airport:

Pass infront of the building and take the first exit and follow directions from step 4 (above)

Public Transport Directions

Buses from Lord Street, Douglas and the airport are 1H, 2A, 11, 12 and 12A

Get off the bus on Bay View Road Port Erin (opposite Lhag Mooar)
