Public Transport Directions

Travel

For the tourist who wishes to use our public transport there is a bus stop half a mile away, down the hill in Colby.  From there you can travel to Port Erin’s  sandy beach, Port St Mary’s pretty harbour and the castle or airport at Castletown all of which are 4 miles away or less.  The ferry terminal at Douglas is 10 miles away.

An alternate way to travel to any of these places is on the well preserved narrow gauge Manx Steam train, which can be boarded at a halt  in Colby. This is an experience not to be missed!
