The ground floor includes a lounge, dining room & kitchen. The lounge facilities include widescreen TV with Sky and DVD. The Old Stable also has Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well appointed with the following equipment: fan assisted oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer & dishwasher. The hall contains the utility cupboard with washing machine and drier.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other with two singles. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities and flatscreen TV.

The use of bed linen, towels, bathrobes, fuel, Sky TV and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Beds are made up for arrival. Central heating is available at all times. The Old Stable is a no smoking, no pets property.

 

Accessibility: There is room to park several cars. One car can park adjacent to a paved area, 4m from the front door. Entrance is by way of one step. The cottage is well lit. 

The ground floor is on one level, except for one step from the lounge into the sunroom. The ground floor is a wood finish with several rugs. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first floor. 

There are 12 stairs, with a ninety degree turn on the second step, and a small landing before the top step. The stairs, landing and bedrooms are carpeted. The bath and shower rooms are tiled. Grab rails are fitted.
