Sleeping up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms, this welcoming home offers a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, complete with a cosy log burner and a rare private courtyard, making it an ideal escape for families, couples, or small groups.

Peel, known as the "Sunset City" of the Isle of Man, is a charming seaside town with a rich maritime history. Visitors can explore the stunning Peel Castle, stroll along the sandy beach, or visit the House of Manannan to learn about the island’s Viking and Celtic heritage. Fresh seafood, especially queenies, are a must-try, and a walk along the picturesque harbour is perfect for soaking in the coastal atmosphere.

Living area: Two comfortable sofas, smart TV with Sky, coffee table, dining table with six chairs & a log burner.

Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave & dishwasher.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror.

Family bathroom: Bath / shower, wash hand basin, WC.

Utility cupboard: Washing machine.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, hanging space, Velux windows with views out to Peel castle.

Bedroom 3: Single bed, bedside table, closet, Velux window.

General

Parking: One car parking space available to guests in nearby car park & plenty of on-street parking close to the property.

EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging not available at the property, however, there are numerous charging points in Peel.

Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am

Pets: Not accepted.

Baby Equipment: A cot is available at the property. A high chair is available at an additional cost.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Accessibility: There is two narrow flights of stairs and low ceilings on the second floor which may be unsuitable for those with reduced mobility.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
