About

ALOHA!  Stand Up Paddleboarding (or SUP) is an emerging global sport with a Hawai’ian heritage. It is called Hoe he'e nalu in the Hawaiian language and is an ancient form of surfing that allows for a good view of the ocean, the incoming waves, the shoreline, and, if you are in the right place, the ocean life below you.

Port Erin Paddleboards is the island’s leading Paddleboarding Centre and proud to be the first in Europe to offer the amazing Twilight-Go Paddleboarding Experience. We provide 1-2-1 Private Lessons, 1-2-2 Private Lessons, Family, Group and Corporate Sessions to suit all needs, ages and abilities.  We also offer SUPFit and SUPYoga classes for those wanting to combine health and  fitness with added Vitamin ‘Sea’.

Let Port Erin Paddleboards get you ‘on board’ this awesome new watersport.  As one of the world’s fastest growing water sports, Stand Up Paddleboarding offers a safe, easy and exhilarating experience to get you out on the water.  It’s easier to learn than most water-sports and many people are surprised by how quick it is to stand up, get going and have fun.  Anyone can do it!

Whether you’re 8 or 80, regardless of fitness level, this truly is a sport for all, hence its global explosion. In one lesson you will be stand up paddling in beautiful Port Erin Bay which is a Marine Nature Reserve and forms part of the Island's UNESCO Biosphere status.  The benefits of being outside on the water naturally encourage a sense of well-being, mindfulness and focus. Stand Up Paddleboarding is a gentle whole-body workout that gives you a sense of accomplishment and adventure while relaxing and having fun.
