The space
Our immaculate modern two bedroom apartment is fully furnished with two sofa’s, flat screen televisions and free wi-fi.
The spacious open plan kitchen-diner is well equipped with the essentials such as a kettle and toaster, but also a breakfast bar, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc.
In the bathroom you will find a large walk in shower, towels and basic toiletries.
The bright and airy bedrooms offer a double size bed and two singles, both with ample storage space.
Guest access
The entire apartment is available for you to enjoy.
Terms and Conditions for Nine Carlton Grove
In order to facilitate the smooth operation of our apartment, it is understood that guests accept our general house rules and terms and conditions set out below:
A security deposit will be requested prior to arrival that will be refunded after departure should there be no damage etc. within the property or to it’s contents.
No pets.
Smoking is not permitted within the property or building. A cleaning charge will be
added if smoking is suspected.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Extra guests are not permitted, unless a prior arrangement is made by which a new bill will be settled.
Noise must be kept to a minimum – the property is located withhin a residential area.
Guests must respect the residents living in the building and cause as little disturbance as
possible.
Any damages, breakages or items stolen will be charged for.
No deposit refunds will be made for cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time unless we are able to re-let the property.
The total value of the booking will be charged for cancellations made within less than 7 days notice.
If any of the agreed conditions are broken we remain the right to ask you to leave the property with immediate effect, without notice and without a refund.
