Molly's Cottage, a perfect rural retreat, situated in the North of the Island, close to the Lhen beach and Cronk y Bing and the Ayres nature reserves.
Spacious and well equipped, Molly's is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Man, and then return 'home' to rest and relax with stunning views, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Molly's Cottage is set over two floors, and to the front and rear of the Cottage are lawned gardens, with the rear garden being completely enclosed. Both gardens have a picnic table for eating outside.
From upstairs you can exit out onto the exterior balcony/staircase to enjoy a morning coffee/evening drink with stunning views over to Scotland and Cumbria.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with a Range double electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Plentiful supplies of crockery, glasses, cookware and utensils are provided.
The lounge/dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, a 43" Smart TV, a dining table and beautiful log burner for those cosy nights in.
Downstairs there is also a sun room leading onto the rear garden, with sofa bed if required.
A travel cot and high chair, suitable for up to age 3, can be provided on request.
Upstairs there is a generous sized double bedroom with TV and views towards Snaefell and the hills. Also upstairs is the bathroom with an over the bath rainforest shower.
Molly's Cottage has double-glazed UPVC windows, central heating and Wi-Fi throughout.
With its own entrance direct from the road, Molly's has ample private parking.
