Cliff Cottage is a true gem in Sunset City, perfectly placed to enable you to enjoy the perfect mix of seaside serenity and easy access to everything Peel has to offer: adventure lovers will be thrilled to know that the island’s famous 100-mile coastal footpath, the Raad ny Follan (Way of the Gull), is just a two-minute walk away — and it’s also your scenic route to the main beach, only five minutes on foot. Within 15 minutes, you can stroll into town and hit the harbour and marina, where you’ll find cosy pubs, lively bars, top-notch restaurants, and the all-important chip shops and pizza parlours—with delivery available if you’d rather take in the view with dinner at home. And when it comes to sunsets,it doesn’t get better than this! Peel isn’t called Sunset City for nothing, and from this vantage point, you’ll have front-row seats to some of the most spectacular views on the Isle of Man. Plus, with minimal light pollution, the stargazing here is spectacular!

Self-contained, beautifully appointed ground floor accommodation with private entrance .

Private hard standing for car, motorbikes. Use of EV charging point by arrangement.

Complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, marmalade, honey.

Well-stocked with essential supplies e.g. washing-up liquid, washing machine detergent, tea-towels, towels, beach towels.

Kitchen: Hob, microwave/convector oven, sink, fridge, washer-dryer, kettle, toaster, DeLonghi coffeemaker. Fully equipped with quality crockery, glassware, utensils etc.

Sitting room: Large, comfortable sofa/sofa-bed, easy chairs, TV, Free Wi-fi, Alexa, dining table and chairs, books and games

Bedroom: King-size bed, clothes hanging, hairdryer, dressing table, illuminated mirror, bedside tables, luggage racks

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, heated towel rail, illuminated cabinets, WC and basin

Storage cupboard: iron and ironing board, freezer

Power & Heating: Solar panels provide plenty of hot water and our air source heat pump supplies under-floor heating throughout

Outdoor space: Shared use of enclosed garden with garden furniture and outdoor lighting

 

Hosts live on site, present to help with any queries. Please note that our very friendly dog and cat are in the main part of the house. This is a no-smoking, no vaping property. One of the owners is a registered IOM tourist guide and available to offer guided tours using your own transport or public transport. (Fees payable)
