About

Bradda Garden Room is a gorgeously private little hideaway for two people a 15 minute walk from Port Erin Village.  In the quiet Bradda area and set in beautiful tropical style gardens, this B and B with a difference is completely self contained and separate from the owner's house and enjoys great views over Rowany Golf Course and towards the Calf of Man.  The accommodation has its own outdoor space with an area to sit and enjoy the fabulous garden.

The Garden Room has superking or twin beds, own bathroom with shower, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, TV, free wifi, and own lounge area.   Fluffy gowns, toiletries, hairdryer and iron are provided for guest use.  Parking is off street and close to the accommodation.

We are very dog friendly and one well-behaved dog is welcome for an extra charge.  We even cater for your fur babies with blankets and towels for after those sandy beach days. The garden room is perfect for pooches and there are many wonderful dog walks as you step out of the gate.

A continental breakfast is included; a cooked breakfast can be provided by prior arrangement.  The hosts are keen cyclists, walkers, motorcyclists, kayakers and paddle boarders and have an excellent knowledge of the island and local area.

Bradda Garden Room is an excellent choice for those who enjoy being close to amenities in quiet, beautiful surroundings.
